DETROIT – General Motors Chairman and CEO Dan Akerson and his wife, Karin, donned aprons on Wednesday morning and helped serve breakfast to the homeless at the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, a local charity for which the Akersons will chair a major fundraising dinner this fall.
